Three steps to publication

Ray can get up to speed on a new client's technology and products with the minimum of training or fuss. All that is normally required is to study the clients technical data and to hold one teleconference with an engineer. After this, a draft of the required article will be produced. Suggested illustrations and bibliography will be provided if required.

After client feedback the article will be fine tuned and taken through to readiness for publication.

This process normally runs over a couple of weeks but turnaround of a few days can be possible for urgent deadlines.
